How much maintenance is required with log home?
Great advances in exterior products have minimized maintenance time and costs. Most exterior applications require a new application every 2-3 years depending on the manufacturer.

How does construction cost compare to traditionally built homes?
Because we are not a kit builder, there are no middle men. We order our logs from a wholesaler direct specifically for your project. We do all the cutting and notching on site. This allows us to keep our prices directly comparable to those of conventional building costs.

Does my floor plan have to be designed for log construction?
We can take most any floor plan and make design changes for log construction. We can also work directly with you to design the log house of your dreams.

What corner styles are available?
We typical use a butt and pass, as well as dovetail corners. We do offer saddle notch corners that are factory cut.
